3 Rivers 2nd Nature was the second of two ecological-arts projects within the STUDIO for Creative Inquiry, at Carnegie Mellon University.
In partnership with 3 Rivers Wet Weather Inc., ALCOSAN, and the Allegheny County Health Department.
